Here’s some fantastic advice on how to fall asleep quickly, destress by using a free-diving app and drinking a simple concoction of apple cider vinegar, honey and warm water to knock you out like a 5 year old.

Freedivers are known for their ability to hold their breaths for insane amounts of time. For us mere mortals, training and honing this ability allows for better consumption of oxygen and expulsion of carbon dioxide. Resulting in a lower heart rate, a sense of calm and aids in a better nights sleep.

I found using a free-diving apnea app on your cell-phone, works much better. The timers are already setup, it’s as simple as following the instructions.

This simple, hack according to Ferriss, helps about 80% of people who suffer from insomnia :

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 Tbsp of Apple Cide vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp of Honey
  • Optional, your favourite tea. Preferably decaffeinated

Mix all of the ingredients and drink a half hour before bed time.
